Due to the nature of digital and creative services, refunds are limited.
Deposits
Deposits are non-refundable once work has started.
Completed Work
No refunds are issued for completed or delivered work.
Partial Work
If a project is cancelled mid-way, refunds (if any) are calculated based on work already completed.
Hosting & Domains

Domain purchases are non-refundable

Exceptions
Refunds may be issued at Yana’s discretion in exceptional circumstances.
