– Refund Policy

1. Cancellation Notice:

Clients must provide written notice for cancellations, specifying the reason and desired termination date.

2. Termination Fee:

A cancellation fee will be applicable, amounting to 50% of the remaining contract value.

3. Return of Materials:

Clients are responsible for returning any provided materials in good condition upon cancellation.

4. Refund Policy:

No refunds will be issued for services already rendered or completed work at the time of cancellation.

5. Jurisdiction:

This Return Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Namibia. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Return Policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Namibia. This return policy is has been updated and is effective as of 01 January 2025 and is subject to periodic review and updates.
