Booking Policy for Yana Investment CC
At Yana Investment CC, we strive to provide seamless and professional services to all our clients. To ensure smooth operations and a fair process, we kindly ask you to review and adhere to the following booking policy:
1. Booking Confirmation

- New clients get a Free booking, 30 minutes or 1 hour duration. No rescheduling allowed.
- Rescheduling of a booking requires payment.
- A booking is considered confirmed once payment is received, and a confirmation email or message is sent by our team.
2. Payment Terms
- Online Meetings:
- The first online meeting booking is free of charge.
- For cancellations and rescheduling, a booking fee of N$300 will be charged.
- Payment confirms the new booking.
- In-Person Meetings:
- An upfront fee of N$300.00 is required for all in-person bookings.
- Payment confirms the booking.
3. Advance Bookings
- We recommend booking at least 3 days in advance to secure your preferred date and time.
- Same-day bookings are subject to availability and may incur an additional fee.
4. Cancellation and Rescheduling
- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled date to avoid charges.
- For rescheduled online meetings, a booking fee of N$300 will apply.
- Deposits for in-person meetings are non-refundable for cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the appointment.
5. Late Arrivals
- Late arrivals of more than 15 minutes may result in a shortened service time or rescheduling, depending on availability.
6. No-Shows
- Clients who fail to show up for a confirmed booking without prior notice will forfeit their booking fee and may be required to pay in full for future bookings.
7. Client Responsibility
- Clients are responsible for providing accurate information and clear instructions regarding their requirements.
- Any changes or additional requests must be communicated promptly to avoid delays or miscommunication.
8. Changes by Yana Investment CC
- In rare cases, we may need to reschedule or cancel appointments due to unforeseen circumstances.
- We will notify clients promptly and offer suitable alternatives or refunds as applicable.
