Booking Confirmation
Bookings are confirmed only once:
The form is completed, and
Required deposit or payment is received
Deposits
A non-refundable deposit (100%) is required to secure your slot.
Rescheduling
Clients may reschedule with at least 24–48 hours notice.
Late Arrivals
Late arrivals may result in reduced session time or rescheduling.
No-Shows
Failure to attend without notice may result in loss of deposit.
Communication
All official communication must come from Yana’s verified business email.
Yana will not be responsible for payments made to unauthorized or fraudulent contacts.
