Data Deletion Policy

Your right to be forgotten — how Yana Technology Solutions CC handles Facebook data and deletion requests.

When you use “Login with Facebook” on Yana Technology Solutions CC, we may receive the following information from Facebook, only with your permission:

Your public Facebook profile name
Your Facebook profile email address
Your Facebook user ID (used to link your account)

We do not collect your Facebook password, posts, friends list, messages, or any other personal data beyond what is listed above.

The data collected via Facebook Login is used exclusively to:

Create and manage your account on our website
Identify you when you log in using Facebook
Pre-fill your profile with your name and email address

We do not sell, rent, or share your Facebook data with any third parties for marketing purposes.

You have two options to remove your data from our systems:

1. Remove access via Facebook

Go to Facebook → Settings → Apps and Websites → find Yana Technology Solutions CC → click Remove. This revokes our access to your Facebook profile immediately.

2. Submit a deletion request via the form below

Use the form on this page to request that we permanently delete all data associated with your account from our servers.

3. We process your request

We will confirm your request by email and permanently delete your data within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation once completed.

⚠️ Please note:

Deleting your data will also delete your account on Yana Technology Solutions CC. Any purchases, subscriptions, or content associated with your account will be permanently removed and cannot be recovered.

We retain your data only for as long as your account is active or as required to provide our services. If you request deletion, your data will be permanently removed within 30 days, except where we are required by law to retain certain records (e.g. transaction records for tax compliance).
