Payments are non-refundable once work has commenced unless agreed in writing
Client Responsibilities

Supply accurate information
Approve milestones promptly

Intellectual Property
Final designs become the client’s property after full payment
Yana retains the right to showcase completed work in portfolios and marketing

Limitation of Liability
Yana will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services.
Termination

Payments are overdue
Terms are violated
