2. Services Provided
Yana Investment CC offers a range of IT solutions, including but not limited to:

• Website development and hosting

• Graphic design

• IT consulting and support

• Domain registration and management

3. Payment Terms
3.1. Invoices must be settled within 7 days from the issue date unless otherwise agreed.
3.2. Late payments may incur additional fees or service suspensions.
3.3. All payments are non-refundable unless explicitly stated.
3.4. A 50% upfront payment is required for graphic design and website design services before work begins. However, for payments exceeding N$2000, a 70% upfront payment is required.
3.5. For domain registration and hosting services, 100% upfront payment is required.

4. Website and Hosting Services
4.1. Hosting services are subject to periodic maintenance, and we strive to minimize downtime.
4.2. Yana Investment CC is not liable for data loss. Clients are responsible for maintaining backups.
4.3. Domain registrations and renewals depend on third-party registrars. Failure to renew on time may result in loss of domain ownership.

5. Client Responsibilities
5.1. Clients must provide accurate information and necessary content for project completion.
5.2. Unauthorized use of Yana Investment CC’s services for illegal activities is prohibited.
5.3. Clients must ensure compliance with applicable laws regarding their website and content.

6. Intellectual Property
6.1. All designs, codes, and digital assets created by Yana Investment CC remain our intellectual property until full payment is received.
6.2. Clients receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use delivered projects upon payment completion.

7. Limitation of Liability
7.1. Yana Investment CC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
7.2. Our liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service in dispute.

8. Termination and Suspension
8.1. Yana Investment CC reserves the right to suspend or terminate services if clients violate these terms.
8.2. Either party may terminate service agreements with prior written notice, subject to applicable fees.

9. Confidentiality
9.1. Both parties agree to keep confidential information private and not disclose it to third parties without consent.

10. Amendments
Yana Investment CC reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions. Clients will be notified of significant changes.

11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Namibia. Disputes shall be resolved through mediation or arbitration before legal proceedings.
